2. Contact your local electric vehicle repair agency and introduce us to the local repair shop. We will communicate about the installation details;
3. pay the deposit and we will arrange for shipment;
4. The shipment has been completed, and the designated freight forwarding company in our country (which we can assist in negotiating) will conduct cargo inspection in China;
5. Shipping by sea to your location and installing.

Warranty terms do not apply under the following circumstances:

3.Battery modules are used in commercial vehicles. Users have unauthorized modifications, repairs, or intentionally damaged the battery modules.

5.Battery module capacity degradation falls within the normal range.
6.The warranty seal is obviously damaged.
